Robin has been a Doctor of Physical Therapy for 9yrs, primarily working in the acute care (hospital) and skilled nursing settings with experience in home health and outpatient as well. She has specialized in providing geriatric care, obtaining Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult (CEEAA) from the American Physical Therapy Association section on Geriatrics. Maintaining safety to the joins and muscles of the body, she uses the principles of "lengthening and strengthening" in her exerise program, similar to techniques she practices with her patients, modifying to either increase or decrease the intensity of the exercise to enhance optimal strength outcomes. A mom to a 6yr old son and 2yr old daughter while also working 3-4 days a week, she is living the challenges of balancing daily life with self care. Understanding the importance of time management, she primarily uses exercises engaging multiple muscle groups at one time. Her goal is to help you learn how to squeeze fitness into everyday life, to make self care an integral part of your lifestyle, and to transform into a stronger and more confident version of yourself!
